We respect each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed in this privacy policy.  This statement applies solely to information collected on this website.


The information we collect is never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.


This website collects cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit.


Registration is not required to enter our site.


We use a secured shopping cart system that is updated often to ensure security.  We require information from the user on our order form.  A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, billing & shipping addresses) and possibly financial information (such as credit card number , expiration date).  If we have trouble processing an order, we use the information to contact the user.  This information is only used for shipping and billing purposes, and to fill a customer's order.

Shipping Policy

Most orders will be shipped via US Postal Service.  In some cases we may use FedEx, UPS or other shipping companies.  Customer will be charged an estimated shipping fee based on the order placed.  Most orders arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after the order is placed.  Some orders may take longer due to special circumstances such as custom orders.  We only ship to the 48 contiguous states.  Some items will require a signature to obtain.

Return Policy

Damaged or defective items will be promptly replaced at no cost to the customer.  All discrepancies are to be reported to Rockcycle within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.  Rockcycle will make every reasonable effort to ensure the satisfaction of its' customers are met.

Cancellation Policy

Rockcycle reserves the right to charge a $15 order processing fee if an order is cancelled after 24 hours of the time the order was placed.  If the products has already been shipped, the customer will be charged the shipping fees to get the product back, as well as the $15 order processing fee.

Tracking Policy

Rockcycle will make every effort to obtain and inform the customer of a tracking number for their order.
