Created several years ago as a novelty store, Rockcycle has grown slowly but surely into the unique concept store of its time. The combined vision of two friends from Indiana, Rockcycle is dedicated to preserving the cover art of some of classic rock's glory days. From Elvis to Kiss to Nirvana and the Beatles, Rockcycle takes discarded LPs and their covers and turns them into original products that can be enjoyed by any lover of classic rock. With a focus on detail and a goal of perfection, Rockcycle continuously develops new ideas for products including LP cover purses, notebooks, as well as original concert T-shirts.
Rockcycle is committed to preserving the environment, as well as saving a piece of Rock and Roll history for generations to come. Rockcycle wants to bring back memories of old while giving back to the earth and our own communities by keeping LPs out of area landfills and encouraging new communities to embrace the positive effects of recycling. It is the personal goal of everyone in the Rockcycle family to emulate these values through fast, efficient, and individualized service, tailored to the needs of our customers.
By offering yesterday's memories in today's fast-paced market, Rockcycle hopes to provide consumers with a full range of products dedicated to preserving the past in an efficient, service-oriented environment.
Excerpts from The Star Press Newspaper:
"The premise is simple. Wagner buys the scratched and virtually worthless vinyl albums that many of us have sitting down in the basement or out in the garage. After cleaning and triple-laminating the covers, he and his wife, Nancy, set to work inside the old Trailways bus depot that now serves as Rockcycle's headquarters." - Originally published December 19, 2006
Company founders Jeff Wagner and Dan Redmond are Farmland residents who own a company that sells automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The two decided to start a business that would utilize Wagner's creative talents and founded Rockcycle, which recycles old vinyl records, album covers and video boxes into clothing, bags, coasters, keychains and locker magnets." - Originally published November 12, 2006

"A new venture by Farmland businessmen Dan Redmond and Jeff Wagner is growing by leaps and bounds while garnering attention across the nation. The business, which combines elements of rock music and recycling, is called Rockcycle.
